my case:
my wife and I got PR in 2005. after that we back to our country. on 2008 we both landing Canada. my wife stay in 5 years and get Citizenship. I back to home country and stay now. my PR already expired on 2015.
we want to back to Canada soon. should I apply family class? if not what kind of application I should apply?

really appreciated!

The PR card expires, PR status does not. You are still a PR. But since you have been out so long, you cannot travel by air as a PR without requesting and being issued a PRTD - which would likely be refused (and your PR status revoked) given that you are not in compliance with residency obligation (for many years). You cannot apply for spousal sponsorship to become a PR until your PR status is renounced/revoked (i.e. a PR cannot apply to become a PR).

You can look at the residency obligation forum for more detail and options.

But likely the most straightforward approach is to renounce your PR status, and after this is done, apply for a TRV and/or spousal sponsorship.

Since your spouse (the sponsor) has been out of Canada for many years, she will need to demonstrate she will return to Canada. Honest guess is that it may be preferable for her to return to Canada before applying for the PR sponsorship. This may mean living apart until your PR application is approved (esp if TRV refused), but it appears you have done that in the past.

Obviously suggest you consider carefully and look at other options as well, and look carefully at the spousal sponsorship requirements (both on sponsor and applicant side).
