Can contacting Régie du logement render any kind of complications for citizenship application?

I am having some vermin problem in the dwelling. Landlord, Ville du Montreal and other concerned are intimated. The exterminations has been done several times but in vain. I am concerned, if left unchecked all the logging will be infested.

This problem is more than a year long. Every now and then, extermination has been performed but with out any positive outcome. In-fact, the building is old and most people residing in the building dont bother to write about the problem. With growing kids, I am gravely concerned about the hygiene.

One of the solution is to find the new building but I dont find it feasible bearing in mind the affordability in terms of budget and access to commodities & schooling etc.
