In lot of trouble again

I got offer letter from dal-housie university now they have mentioned that I have to re-take my tofel (87 marks they need 92 ) before 20th Decemeber and submit the marks.

Will this create a problem in filing visa?

Also I have got offer letter from lakehead if i apply there and want to get transfered to dalhouise can i do that at the border??

Please help !

You will have to retake Toefl Exam if you are willing to go with with Dahousie University. Go with Lakehead University instead since you need sufficient time to obtain your Visa.

You will need an unconditional LOA to apply for visa unless the condition is something that you need to fulfill upon reaching the country. In your case, you need to give the toelf and request them the unconditional LOA before you can apply for visa.

I dont mind giving exams and stuff

but can i apply visa with lakehead and change my university upon reaching there

to dalhouise after i get a un conditional LOA

Yes you can as long as its the same level of course (like undergrad to undergrad; grad to grad).

I don't know whether you can change it at port or not but you can change it once you are in canada with ease. Perhaps you should consult with PMM regarding this matter. He knows the best.
