In-Laws Sponsorship Process for Pakistanis

I am relatively new to this forum and decided to register to see if I could get some advice or help on a certain issue I have.

My wife is currently in process of coming to Canada after 3 painful long years, all it requires is some months before the passport requests are finalized and she receives her visa. The next step I want to do is sponsor her parents and little brother to Canada however, I am clueless on how to do so.

I have seen that there is Canadian Super Visa for parents that is good for 10 years on which they can come and visit up to 2 years, however, for me that is not good enough. Is there another way that I can sponsor them on which they can permanently stay in Canada with me along with the dependent child?

No - you can't sponsor your in laws for PR. You will have to wait until your wife has PR. Once your wife has PR she will be able to sponsor them provided you meet the income requirement. Note that CIC is only accepting 5,000 applications per year and they re-open the process each January. You should expect it to take a minimum of 3 years (likely quite a bit longer) for their application to be processed.

Your wife would have to sponsor her parents. The program should reopen in January 2015, and there are only 5000 spots available. Processing time is very long though (4 or 5+ years).
One of the requirements is that the sponsor show 3 years of income at the required level, and the income must be from Canada. So it's not likely that she'll be able to sponsor her parents for another 3 years.

Edit: Rob is correct. I was thinking that both were new PRs for some reason. So you could apply as her co-sponsor immediately after she lands, provided your income meets the LICO. The processing time still applies though (ie: really long time)

So it's not likely that she'll be able to sponsor her parents for another 3 years.

The husband can be co-sponsor, and use his income for past 3 years. So a new PR could sponsor their parent's immediately after landing (when the parents program is open).

Also keep in mind that her brother will need to be 18 years of age or younger when the application is filed as the age of dependents change coming this Friday, August 1.

No, in general you can't sponsor sisters.

Unless under the specific condition that you are single, have no children, no relatives at all living in Canada, and your parents are deceased.

I don't think entrepreneur PR exists anymore.

You would need to check each provinces provincial nominee programs to see if she qualifies for any based on her skills. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

Entrepreneur class not exist in Federal but exist in some Province. I will check each province and will tell my sister-in-law which category/province he can fit for business immigration.
