I am applying for Canadian Experience Class, and I just got my CELPIP test score :

My CELPIP scores are:

Reading - 4L
Writing - 4L
Listening - 5L
Speaking - 3H

I'm not sure it's good enough for my Canadian Experience Class, My occupation is programmer, NOC 2174, skill level A
I am wondering if anyone know, please let me know if this language score is good enough ? I am really appreciated.

Though my NOC is 2174, Can I apply for the NOC 2283 as its minimum requirement is 3L for Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking ?

Thank you,

You should have 4L in all . Your speaking score is less .

I am sorry to say you have to take the test again, since your score in Speaking is 3H which is below 4L. The score should be atleast 4L in all component.

Minimum is 4L in all levels. I think they have a new rule for the speaking test. This should make it easier to get 4L.

Just like everyone has said - must raise your speaking to a "4L" or it will be rejected 100%

Not sure if this question was in the original post:

Yes, your results are sufficient for NOC 2283, as that's a NOC skill level B occupation. (Source http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp)

If you have 12 months experience in NOC 2283, then go for it.
