I have a question, i have applied for a study permit within Canada and my question is.
IF my study permit gets approved (dont see why it wouldnt) and I get the confirmation letter in my account am I able to start my studies before I recieve the actual permit in the mail?
The approval letter will have all of the document information on it, such as document number etc... It will have everything that the visa will have, but I will not have the physical visa as it could take up to 3 weeks to be recieved. The reason I am asking is my course starts on September 3rd and I am worried I will not recieve the visa in the mail in time. However, I will have the approval letter in my account stating it will be mailed to me. Thank you
