In Canada now and visa will expire next month

Good day everyone.

i would like to ask what to do because im in Canada now as tourist visa and due to Covid Pandemic im worried to go back home. But my visa will expire next month.
can anyone here give me advice what to do and what reauiremwnts should i pass if ever i want to extend my visa for atleast a month or 2?
