Importing car with new aes system

Anyone import their cAr from the USA with the new aes system the USA put in place? I'm not sure what to do as if I'm reading correctly I need to notify border with title and vin number 72 hrs before and file with aes? Is this correct??
I'm importing the car in 2 weeks as it was on my goods to follow list

I am not sure what AES is, but i know it's true you need to notify the border at least 72 hours ahead of time to import the car. They will send you some sort of confirmation to use when there.
