"A letter 14 months after the medicals

[size=10pt]Posted by Zelgre (13) 06 Jan 2010

Hello everybody

please please please help me.

My situation is:

I did my medicals on oct 27 2008. It's been so quiet since. Until last week the embassy called my previous employer here in the USA. (I applied with my job as a teacher in morocco as my main job then I added the job as a pizza manager after my application was in process) I just recieved a letter saying that based on their call to my employer they think I lied and that I never worked as a pizza manager. Also they said that even my job in morocco as a teacher they are not satisfied with the proofs I submitted for that.
Now they gave me 30 days to submit any additional information or douments to prove my two jobs otherwise they will refuse my application and consider it as a fraud and ban me from entring Canada for 2 years.

I have no idea what documents or information I should submit. Please anybody who knows anything help. Am very desperate and I have been waiting for over 2 years.

Ps: none of my jobs are fake. I acctualy did work as a teacher in morocco and worked as a pizza place manager here in the Usa

thanks"

Thanks for sharing this information

With this, we can still say that "in process" status have passed the 67 points assessment stage, and the background check is on going. But, just like in this case, if CIC finds any doubts during the background check, chances of rejection is high, though in many cases they always give chance for the applicants to explain and to show some more proofs.
