Is IELTS necessary for PNP alberta program?

What is the total processing time for PNP program?
Is that necessary to stay in a particular state forever in PNP program?
Can we start our own business after going to canada on PNP program?

Is IELTS necessary for PNP alberta program?
Nope
What is the total processing time for PNP program? 8-12 months to get PR under AINP program. I am not sure about processing times of other PNP programs.
Is that necessary to stay in a particular state forever in PNP program? Nope
Can we start our own business after going to canada on PNP program? Yes
