guys i am from chandigarh i have got my visa for january intake in the second attempt.i got refusal ealier for the same intake
earlier i had applied on 26 nov 2013 and got rejection on 29 nov 2013 under the university category with the following profile
Btech in IT 76%
diploma in comp engg 66%
ielts 6 bands not lss den 5.5
applied for masters in information system security and management
i got rejected wit the reason of:
->proposed program is not reasonable in light of ur past studies,eng lang abilities bla bla bla
->purpose of visit
->lack of authenticity in ur documents dat diminished the overall credibility of ur submission
Bold part is the actual reason of my refusal
the thing i need to explain u is dat....if u r sanctioning a loan from bank den u must get the santion letter in the format dat describes abt ur study university or college and the most imp part dat is must to be mentioned on it is LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER or REFERENCE number
actually last tym wen i got refusal dere was nothing like loan accc num and reference num was mentioned on it,think if dey want to confirm the loan from any other branch of the ban den how can dey confirm it??nobody can confirm loan ith ur name......So this time i revised my loan letter mentioning abt my loan account num on it
second thing i want to tell u guys dat dont attach any extra documents just follow the checklist attach only SOP....dont attach ay property papers
CIC has made a very easy checklist for indian student den y we should confuse dem by attaching extra documents dis can make our case more complicated and also time consuming
last time i attaced CA valuations jamabandi's etc etc and got refusal but dis tym i just followed the checklist even dis tym i did nt attached my 10 n 12 marksheets bcs on the univ checklist it is clearly mentioned that ATTACH YOUR MOST RECENT DIPLOMA OR DEGREE MARKSHEETS
I just tried to help u guys hope u ppl will understand the actual fact...if u guys are not satisfied or agree den pls let me know
