My husband has an OWP based on the fact that I am a student, but I am done school and our permits expire in June.
I will be applying for my PGWP and then apply for his OWP.
Is he going to be in implied status if he doesn't get a response before his current OWP expires?
I'm not sure if it is considered an extension or not since it is not a regular work permit.
