A month ago Sept 1 I applied on cic for a visitor Visa online. I still haven't gotten feedback.
My work permit initually was to end October 1 but Sept 21st my work submitted a work extension to extend me an additional week. So I have been under implied status for both my visitor and work extension.
I want to know with this situation if I am able to stay in Canada past my work end date legally? If I'm still waiting on my visitor Visa to be approved but having had my work extended an additional week past my original end date will this now nullify my visitor status / implied?
Am I ok to stay in Canada under implied status while both pending applications are being reviewed. Tomorrow is my last day at work what should I do?
