Implied status

Hi,

We submitted our application through Express Entry in October and we are waiting for the answer, but our work permit is going to end on Mar 31, 2016. We are wondering if we should continue to work with an implied status or we need to apply for an "extension stay"?

No we didn't. I think BOWP is the only optin left. But is it too late to apply for the BOWP now because my work permit ends this month?

Hi,
you can still apply for a BOWP but make sure you will do so before your current WP expires.

You can work under "implied status" only when you apply BOWP. See that you apply before your current WP expires.
