Implied status with Common Law

My boyfriend send application Extend work permit (LMIA) and in this application he marked me like Common Law partner. He will have implied status because our visa will expire 1.6.2020 and I m not sure if I have aslo this implied status or I must send application for Visitor?

No - you don't have implied status. You need to apply to extend your visitor status before it expires.

I attached an open work permit visa to this application. So is it the same?

As part of his application we have attached my application for common law visa and within these visas there is an open work permit for which we paid twice once for mine and once for him, so I just think I am part of the implied status.
