Hi everyone, need some advise regarding Visa related issues.
1. My wife’s visitor record application is pending, she is currently on implied status in the meantime. The processing time is increasing everytime i check.
2. My newborn daughter and wife supposed to travel to India very soon and its taking forever to get my wife's visa application processed.
3. Can my wife travel to India while her application still under processing? If she goes, should i cancel her application? I was hoping to reapply from India for ope work permit. She is going to stay there for around 4-5 months.
4. The same thing might just end up causing issue for my daughters OCI application.
Will it affect my wife's visa entry? Can i keep her application while she is travelling outside?
