It's simple.
I'm in implied status and i was waiting for the invitation to the pnp tech pilot.
I received the invitation to apply 20 days ago but because the virus my company now have most of the employees under EI so they don't have the minimum number of people necessary to apply.
My lawyer said that for this reason technically we can't apply now (the crazy thing is that i'm still working regularly, the problem is the other employees) but if i'll let the invitation to expire i am pretty sure that in the next month i'll receive the negative response for the extension of the old visa and at that point i'll not be able to apply anymore (because technically i won't be able to work and without the job i can't apply for the tech pilot).
Apparently we can try, but the lawyer said that it's a risk because if the immigration will call the office and find out there are not the correct number of people they can refuse the application.
So i'm literally blocked, i don't know what to do. Do you think that considering the situation they will not refuse the application for this?
