Implied status and CERB

Hi everyone,
I'm in need of some guidance.

I'm on an OWP until mid September. I'm hopefully sending my inland sponsorship + OWP application by the end of this month. If I haven't received the AOR before my current work permit expires (which I know most likely won't happen), do I have to apply for visitor status (does implied status start upon getting AOR only)?
In regards to CERB, if I'm on (OWP) implied status, am I still eligible to receive it?

Hi there,
I'm actually already on CERB since I was laid off due to covid related work shortage. My question is: am I elegible to continue claiming CERB while on implied status? And am I only under implied status once I get AOR?
