Implied status - Alberta health card and SIN No renewal

Hi,

I am in Calgary-Alberta, I have allied for bridging open work permit 2 weeks ago, I don’t have enough time period, because my permit is going to expire on April 28th 2015, right now CIC has increased the processing time as 56 days, so I will be on Implied status from April 29th, I got the letter from Alberta health card department and CRA, that my health card and SIN no also going to expire on April 28th, I don’t know how to renew both health card and SIN no without work permit, anyone knows please give me a suggestion
