Impact of TRV refusal on Express Entry

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I 'm currently in Canada on a work permit and my wife's TRV had been refused couple of months back.
I intend to submit my profile for express entry as I possess enough points. My wife would be a co-application. My concern is whether her TRV refusal will have any impact on the PR application? Your inputs are appreciated.
