Impact of the Schedule A background declaration

I was refering to my application today and found that in the Schedule A background declaration form i checked the below point YES.

6 - d

And in the below description I entered all my Work Permit history.
But I was never on refused status.

Is there any big impact for processing the application?

So you are saying that was an error, correct? Do you have an explanation for why you checked "yes"?

You should try to correct that. You need to write a letter of explanation (you noticed the error) and submit a corrected Schedule A. You can't do that until you've received your AOR and have your file number, tho.

Just explain the mistake you made and reference the included replacement, there's no standard format.

LOL. You expect a reply? Think again... There will be no reply, no confirmation of receipt. If you can't live with the uncertainty, I suggest that you wait a month and then apply for your GCMS notes.
