I need help with 3 questions:

1: I am an Indian national, and Could anyone please share how can I apply for a police clearance from Toronto.

2: How can I get my medical done?

3: How can I book an appointment for Biometrics?

For police clearance: https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/police-clearance/

For medicals: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

For biometrics, since you must have given them previously when you entered Canada, you will not have to do them again unless IRCC requests you for it.

For biometrics I believe they will call me to book an appointment as this is happening with most of my friends.

I have applied for PCC at Toronto bls (walk-in)

I would like to know if I have to go through the RCMP verification or Canadian police clearance too?

If yes, please advise me on the center or address where I can go (who are fast).
