Immunization of a non-accompanying child?

Hello dear members,

my husband's son from previous marriage is not coming with us to Canada. He is not immunized, however, he needs to undergo a medical exam (scheduled from tomorrow). Could this cause a problem to our application? Is there a possibility that all of us would be inadmissible?
