I have a master's in mathematics & Iam 44 years old . Will i get immigration if i apply

Probably not. You will get essentially no points for age as the system favours those under 30. You would need to get a provincial nomination or job offer supported by an LMIA, neither of which are easy to acquire from abroad with no previous ties to Canada.
