If it's an "inland" (Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class) application, it will be terminated if you are deported.

It is and inland application spouse however years ago i did a refugee claim and got a deportation order that time now i started my application back in july my lawyer said they contacted him saying they wanted to execute the order and i should come in to them

You have no choice but to go in. You will have to withdraw the inland app and reapply outland from your country.
