Immigration with Spouse

i am going through Canada immigration process now i am a Indian,I am single, i intend to get married in 1 years of time,kindly give me information on the following

• After i complete my process,i go alone & settle down after that if i get married & want to bring my spouse from my native country to Canada,at that time is there any specific rules which i need to follow other than extra proof of fund?If yes what are those?
• OR I get married during my process,apply together take my spouse to Canada for only making her PR Card & send her back when i am settled in Canada bring her back to stay permanently?Which option will be better?
• Which state or province in Canada is better for healthcare professionals?

Please answer my 1st bullet point question separately,my target is to 1st settle down then bring my would be spouse so that its not a problem when i 1st land in Canada,but if there is too many clause in doing so then i might have to reconsider.
