Immigration Under Self-employed farmer

Hi, I am nabeel from Pakistan.
I have 3-4 year of experience of maintain and running of agriculture land, but i have no diploma in that. I have done high school. I can speak, listen, write English very well but not like professionals.
I have a net worth near about 100 thousand Canadian dollar.

Please guide me in which category of visa i should apply for getting a permanent residence.

In Self-Employed category, you first need to make sure you meet its 'Selection criteria'. It includes Experience, Education, Age, Language Abilities & Adaptability. After that, you need to make sure you had extensive experience in managing farm. Farming in Pakistan ... and Farming in Canada ... are worlds apart. You must be aware of all the modern technologies, environmental impacts and latest scientific techniques which are used in Canada... before you jump into it. Some programs do require you to make an exploratory visit before your application is accepted. This category also have high %age of refusal, mainly before people do not do their homework well.

I would advice to research more in provincial programs, such as Alberta's Self-Employed Farmer Stream ... or look for more if Federal is not suitable for you.

Hi,
I wants to migrate to Canada as farmer. I have come a cross self-employed category which allow farmers who have 2 years of farm management experience. Farming is our family business and we own 28 acres land inherited from forefathers. I am graduate and 28 years old. I would like to know if I qualify under this category or is there other conditions involved.
