I enjoy this forum so much. I spend almost 2 hours daily reading from you all. I am a Computer Engineer and My wife is a Computer Scientist. We wish to have a good quality life devoid of fear and harassment as it here. So We have decided to submit an application for the Quebec Immigration since that is where it appears we qualify for. But If I may ask, is French lauguage a must before we can submit an application? My wife has already started classes in French at AF while I have a home teacher.
Besides, how easy will either of us get a job, I mean any work to sustain us because here at home I have a good job but I dont just like this place anymore--fear, incessant power failure,traffic jams,noise etc.
Your advice will be highly appreciated and will help us form an opinion before submitting our forms.
