I am an Egyptian mechanical engineer and I want to immigrate to Quebec, I don't know french but I started to learn it right now.
I don't know from where should I start. I have passes the online preliminary assessment but I don't know what should be my next step.
1- What kinds of form should I fill and apply
2- what are the documents I have to submit and should I submit this documents with my application form or i can update my case as the application proceed.
3- where to submit my application here in Cairo Egypt or in Damascus.
