Immigration to Canadian visa

Me and my husband having jobs here in India. Our monthly income is about Rs. 1,20,000/-. We have a son of 3.5 years old.
We are thinking to migrate in canadian visa. little bit confused about the decision. This is damn sure that if we shifted there and our son will raise in that peaceful, unpolluted, lovely weather country, he will not come back to India again though we want.
He will be the canadian citizen by heart... will that be a good decision to shift there or not? please guide...
