I need a small help. as i read your forum it is of great help. i currently live in Dubai, and I have hired an agent who have promised to process my immigration. I have written IELTS for 3 times and thrice I got same score if "7" that is
Listening - 7.5
Reading - 7.0
Writing - 7.0
Speaking - 7.0
My agent have applied us for express entry pool which is difficult to get selected. me and my spouse doesnt speak french. can you help me to know applying for which province would be better for our case.
