Hi,

My husband is suffering from HIV-I, And his CBC is 491 recently, Can we get Canada PR? He is working as an software engineer in India and having 2.5 years of experience , We want to apply for canada immigration and want to settle there. But he found HIV positive before 3 years and now he is under ART. Is there any way to find that we will get the PR or not before start the process? Like via Medical examination ? Please help us to as soon as possible.

Also i am web developer and having 1 years of experience in the same. And i am HIV negative. So in case my husband will not get PR. So can i apply for PR? and after that can i sponsor my husband and he will get canada's PR and work permit?

Plaese giv me all possible ways to get canada's PR.

Did you read this link as a start point ?http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/surveillance/hiv.asp

Most of the cases if you Google seem to imply that it can be easier for the spouse applying but each case is of course a specific set of circumstances and judged on the cost that there could be to the health care system.

Not sure whether anyone on a public forum can offer specific advice so you may need to consult an immigration lawyer unless there happens to be someone on here with similar circumstances.

No - it doesn't work this way. You have to include your husband in your PR application and both of you have to pass the medical. If he doesn't pass the medical and is refused then you will be refused as well.
