My niece is an epilepcy patient who needs immediate treatment. I am thinking of bringing her here as soon as possible with a status so that she can get free health care. What are my options?
One option could be, her mother can apply for PR for both of them (she is minor). But this will take roughly a year. Is there any other quicker option? Since the kid is sick how is the risk that they can get rejected?
Can anybody tell me if I want to adapt her how long that might take?
Can I bring her here as an orphan? She lost her father 14 years ago.

She would not be regarded as an orphan by Canada since her mother is still alive - so adoption won't work.

The best option would likely be for her mother to apply for PR and include her as a dependent. Be aware that the mother's and daughter's application may be rejected by Canada if it's determined that the daughter's illness and associated costs would be a burden on the Canadian health care system.
