Hi,

I'm a student here in India seeking early immigration to Canada after my masters here with due experience ,which would positively take around 3 years from now . I have my IELTS exam coming up which is due in a week and am appearing in the exam for the above stated purpose. So would i be eligible for immigration then or would i loose out time in reaping the current benefits for Express Entry(invites)?

Your master's will complete in 3 yrs, why are you taking ielts now? Ielts results expire in 2 yrs so won't be valid then

What level of education have you completed as of now? Do you have continuous 1 yr of work experience? Try and see if you are eligible now. Nobody can say what express entry is going to be like 3 yrs later. There's no point of taking the IELTS exam now if you're going to apply after 3 yrs, because it will expire in 2 yrs.

I have just finished my undergrad last year and currently am pursuing my masters. I haven't had any experience in a job after undergrad rather joined a masters program instead here in India. So should I apply right away after my masters ? Or should I apply after I gain experience prior to graduating from masters?

Twelve months experience is required to be eligible

Its great that you're pursuing masters but it would be of no use because you can't apply without work experience. To be eligible you need minimum of 1 year of full time paid experience. I'd suggest you a also find a job for 1 yr.
