Immigration sent me a letter saying i have cause bodily harm?"HELP" :(

Hello, can someone help me? I received applicant approval a month ago and spouse received her sponsor approval as well. Now, a month later they sent me a letter saying my records shows that i have been charged and convicted with "causing a bodily injured to any other person in violating of the special law traffic accident agreement" please provide copies of courts etc..but the thing is i have never once driven a car but i do have my driven license but i have never drove a car. After, i did my driving test and got my license i have never drove or have my owned car. So what the hell is going on????? has anyone been in a similar situation???? they have my police checks and it shows clear since i have never done anything wrong or an offence.
