Here is my description: I am a married has 1 year work exp in USA and has MS in comp science from US univ. I wanted to do canada immigration under skilled worker.
Where can i get a guide or form?
Am i supposed 2 submit all docs at the time of application submit like police clearance, bank stmt etc??
How long the process takes?
Please advise me the best way

www.cic.gc.ca is the best site for it
it could take between 6mths to 12 months
You will have to submit at the second stage but you should read the website first because it will explain everything to you.

HI Rupesh thanks...!
here is one more q that always confuse me....chck this link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

1). I am not fit into first 2 of the first rule(arranged employment, living in canada) so i choose 3rd one but there it gave me list of managerial jobs, there too i am not a fit. So what should i do?
2). Regarding 2nd rule...I worked in 2 different positions, those are listed there in NOC (total experience of those two jobs is 1 year). Does it matter since i worked in 2 different jobs but both belongs to IT.
pls respond

If you don't have job experience of at least 1 year in the past 10 years in a job on the list of 38, then you cannot apply through FSW 1.
FSW 2 and FSW3 requires a job offer in Canada or living experience in Canada.

For the second rule, as far as i know, it is okay to have two different jobs in the same NOC as long as there is no break. It has to be a NOC code that fit skill type 0, A or B. The second rule only matters if you can fulfill the criteria for the first rule.

Your options are to look for a job and try FSW2, or Provincial Nomination program.
You could learn French and try quebec
or if you have an H1B then you could try Alberta's program for H1B holders in certain jobs.

my question is it says: NOTE: the occupations above are all Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list.

mine comes skill level B yet it is not managerial....
