My wife got her COPR in the mail this week. We are thinking about going down to usa over the weekend and returning on Monday. Will the immigration offices at major border crossings be open on Monday since it is a national holiday? We are using the North Portal border crossing into North Dakota if that matters. I would assume they are open 365 days a year, but just want to make sure first.
