Immigration officers strike

Hi everybody!
What are the latest news on officers strike? what is the prospect?
My file is in Warsaw office and I have sent PPTs and RPRF on Dec 2012.
When I asked them 1 month later, they said they r doing background check.
I emailed them and also sent a letter to Warsaw office about 2 months ago, but no reply!
Is it because of strike? Does the Warsaw office affected by strike?
I heard that the Ankara office stopped visa issuance.

Strike will end after October 15,2013 , when Parliament will be in session
