Hi,

I have a query regarding the GENERIC APPLICATION FORM

1) what to fill in "Immigration Office Requested"?

2) Have you received your certificat de selection du quebec (CSQ)?

3) In the address, what address I should mention, the kuwait address OR the one which is in my National Identity Card (Pakistan's Address)?

I am from Pakistan but living in Kuwait.


4) Where do you intend to live in Canada? Is it necessary to fill?

Also please let me know that
while filling the wife's current country of residence,
there is a slot for STATUS after country

we are from pakistan but living in kuwait, and my wife is a housewife,
so
should I answer OTHER and then mention HOUSEWIFE??


Please differentiate between Foreign National & Worker?

2) Have you received your certificat de selection du quebec (CSQ)? If u applying for FSW then NO

3) In the address, what address I should mention, the kuwait address OR the one which is in my National Identity Card (Pakistan's Address)? If you r planing to stay in Kuwait till your Immigration process is completed then you should write your kuwait address since the visa office will ask you to submit your PP in kuwait

I am from Pakistan but living in Kuwait.


4) Where do you intend to live in Canada? Is it necessary to fill? Yes its necessary to fill and you can enter any city of Canada beside Quebec

Reply, NO (Untick)
3) In the address, what address I should mention, the kuwait address OR the one which is in my National Identity Card (Pakistan's Address)?
Current residential address-kuwait

I am from Pakistan but living in Kuwait.


4) Where do you intend to live in Canada? Is it necessary to fill?
yes, but once you get PR, you can land anywhere except Qubec.
