I am an Indian citizen, currently residing in Missouri, USA on F1 (Student visa).
I am planning to apply for canada PR and um done with all the items in checklist.

Could someone please let me know, what to be filled for the following question in "General Application form"
"Immigration Office requested for processing this application"

P.S : When googled the CIC site, i found this - CPC-O.

If you have been "admitted" to the US for 1 year, then you can select CPC-O http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp#permanent
