Hi All,

I assume its only worth getting an immigration lawyer if you think you can get enough points to get selected? I think max my points would be around 444, which i know is most probably to low, thoughts appreciated?

However if my partner was main applicant, we could get 470+ points, anyone see any problems with doing that?

If your partner is getting 470+, go for it, you will get direct ITA may be in the next few rounds of invitation. You need not withdraw your profile (where you are the main applicant), once you are sure things are working fine, then you can withdraw the profile.

Obvious choice would be going with 470 applicant.

Immigration Agent/Consultants are needed when you 1) dont want to spend much time doing work yourself 2) when you have a complicated case
