I applied for study permit 2nd time through a registered Canadian immigration attorney. I clearly explained him my case in our email conversations about my previous refusal and reason for it.
But while filling my application, he ticked No in the section where they asked if I ever been refused or applied for Canada before. And my visa application refused in 2 days on the basis that I didn't provide true information (previous visa history).
I noticed the mistake after I saw reason for refusal.
now what shall I do? Shall I take any legal action against him? Or shall I reapply ?

Need advice

Sorry about the refusal. I agree with the first comment, but it's also a good idea to include copies of the email(s) where you disclosed information about a previous refusal to the lawyer. Then ask for re-consideration, as the error is clearly that of your lawyer. You may also want to contact your MP(member of parliament) for help (and take this evidence so they can see for themselves). Hope it all works out.
