Has I applied to IRCC?

If Yes,
Has I applied to PR before?

the above 2 questions are giving me a hard time. I had applied in the Express Entry pool an year ago but I never got an ITA. Moreover that profile became ineligible as my previous IELTS score expired.
Considering that I got an ITA on another Express Entry profile which I had to create since the previous one was made ineligible, should my answer to 2nd question be yes or no? Also, If I select yes, it asks for a PR file number which i didn't get since I never got an invitation. So in that should I mention EE application number?
Please help.. I have very few days left to complete the application

Thanks a lot..!! I saw your response on other similar thread as well..
One last clarification..Should I say NO to "Has I applied to IRCC?"

Would creating a profile in EE pool be considered as applying to IRCC? If I say no to this question.. the second question about applying for PR will not appear at all

No, creating a profile does not mean you've applied to IRCC.

Only answer yes if you've submitted an eAPR in the past or if you've applied for a visitor/worker/study permit.
