I have sponsored my mother in law and filed PR application in home land (India). As she is very old and no one has to take care in homeland, is there any way she can stay with us in Canada while her immigration application is being process in India?
You can apply for a visit visa for her but there is no guarantee that it will be granted. If it's denied, you can see if you can apply for a TRP (ministers permit) but I think it's best that you get yourself a lawyer to take care of this.
