there are lots of immigration consultants in almost every city of pakistan. Suggesting a good immigration consultant will be difficult as the NOW good ones may appear or prove tobe the BAD ones in coming future. (example future consultant in Lahore previously was considered one of the best BUT now everyone knows what happened and how people lost their money and original documents)
Btw the consultants in pakistan will not do more than just filling up your forms and charging you a heavy amount (Rs100000-Rs300000). to choose a consultant is your own choice. you can find anyone in the city you live. all are equally good in filling up the forms.
The best advice is to do a research on your own. internet (specially this forum) is very capable to answer or find all your questions. gather your documents and fill the (cic) forms and submit your application. you will save a lot of time plus money.
you will find most of people (in all categories) here who submit applications on do it yourself basis. Yes if you have some complications or special issues related to immigration then you can consult an immigration lawyer which might help you.
