Immigration as single mother

Im a single mother with 12 yr old son looking for immigration. There’s an on going custody case which is expected to end soon in my favour however the father of the child will still get the right for visitation every once in a month.
What does the immigration process say about visiting rights given to father.
The father is definitely not going to willingly sign on any no objections certificates or what so ever.
Please guide me.

Unless you are awarded sole custody of your child by the courts, you will need the father's permission to move your child to Canada. If the father is unwilling to sign anything - then your only option for immigrating to Canada is to obtain sole custody from the courts.

Without sole custody of your child I don't think it is possible for you to immigrate.
