Hi all,

I have some queries regarding Canadian immigration appeals. I would like to know when may a permanent resident be considered inadmissible by law?

My spouse recently got engaged in some activities with a slight criminal touch. Will that be raised as a reason for rejection? Any idea about the aftereffects?

I'm planning to consult an immigration consultant for necessary assistance regarding immigration appeals in Toronto.

Have you ever heard about them? Do you know more about them? Any idea about their services and rates? I'm in a hard situation now. I don't know what to do. Please help me. Expecting your reply. Thanks in advance.

Does your spouse have any criminal convictions or pending charges? If so, what are they and when were any penalties / sentences completed? This could make him inadmissible. Background / security checks are conducted as part of the process. If anything comes up there (gang / crime affiliations) - that could also be a problem.

Most of us here have done it ourselves and won't be able to comment on legal advice.
