Generally speaking, no one can assist you with finding a job in Canada before you are a PR. This is almost always something you have to do by yourself (unless you have very rare and specialized skills and experience). If anyone offers to get you a job in exchange for money - it's most likely a scam.
Also, nothing will happen urgently. Everything takes time (anywhere from months to years).
