Hello everyone,
Ok so my parents immigrated to Ontario when I was 12 as Refugee's (Czech Republic nationals), however, they didn't stay there they just left without their case being actually heard by immigration court or whatever it is that it goes through. We've been there for 3 years and I didn't want to leave at all but I had no choice as I was only 16. I'm turning 18 in august and I'm wondering what should I do to be able to live in Canada. I don't want a protection status like refugee or anything, I just wanna live there, work, study etc. What do I need? Does it matter that I was a refugee before? I don't understand if their decision of leaving the country while they were in the immiration process affects me since I was a child and if it affects my eligibilty to obtain residency in Canada. Thanks so much for help & sorry about bad english.

You can apply to immigrate just like anyone else. The first step is to determine if you qualify to apply. You can start by taking the online test (see link below) that will assess if you qualify to apply. Since you are only 18, it's extremely unlikely that you qualify to immigrate at this time. To qualify to immigrate, you will likely need to complete several years of work experience first (and possibly some additional schooling). You may also need to secure a job in Canada to quality.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I forgot to add that I've finished a two year College course in England and I'd like to continue in Canada, does that fall under Studen Visa? I would apply for a student visa right away, but the thing is that I don't know if i should or not because I know student visa have some time limitation and as I said, I want to live there permanently not just study and than leave.
And also how you said about me being only 18, what is the ideal age than? I thought since I'm not dependent anymore, I'd be considered as an adult?

I think your only realistic option is to apply to immigrate (i.e. apply for permanent residency status). You typically need several years of work experience and/or a job in Canada to qualify. You will need to take the quiz (link provided in my first post) and read through the immigration categories (link provided in my first post) to see if you qualify to apply now. Again, with one two years of college, I don't think there is any stream you will qualify for at this time.

I do not think you will be approved for a study permit, work permit or visitor permit (these are all temporary permits) due to your family's past refugee claim. To be approved for one of these permits, you must prove that you have no interest in staying in Canada long term and have strong ties to your home country. This will be impossible to prove in my opinion given the refugee claim. Also, if you're in the UK, that's additional proof that you lack ties to your home country. Student visas are also a very expensive route. To be approved, you'll have to show a bank balance of $25K to $30 to pay for your studies here.
