Good morning everyone,
My main goal is migrating to this amazing country where I had the chance to visit twice.
Broadly speaking, I am a worldwide experienced (more than 10 years) and high qualified IT Project Manager for large financial companies around of the world. I have a solid background as Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
I (43) am married (my wife 44) and have two children (10 and 12 aged).
My English is not concerning me but maybe the rest of things to be considered (as age for example)

What about the probability to get it?

Thanks

Start here to figure out what your score would be. You can approximate your language exam scores for now, but you must take the language exam and have your actual results before you create your EE profile. If your score is at or above 440, your chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residence (ITA) in the near future are good.

That depends entirely on the other factors you will receive points for, as well as your own feelings about immigration. At age 43, you don't get very many points for age, so you would have to make up for it with high education and significant work experience, preferably in Canada; alternately, you can try to go for a provincial nominee program (PNP)
